Dec. 14, 2024, Cebu City, Philippines — Tahche’s 2024 Christmas Party brought the magic of the season to life with an enchanting Disney-inspired evening at Fort San Pedro in Cebu City, Philippines. Employees and management gathered for a night of joy, gratitude, and togetherness, reflective of the festive warmth of Filipino Christmas traditions.

 

The evening was especially memorable as Tahche’s CEO Bryan Luoma and his wife, Delores, experienced their first Christmas in the Philippines with the Tahche family, dressed as the iconic couple in “Beauty and the Beast.”

 

A Celebration of Cultured Connections in 2024

 

 

The program featured a mix of heartfelt moments and lively entertainment. The Tahche Kids segment acknowledged employee parents who have shared their inspiring stories with us, followed by the recognition of select Tahche employees with significant accomplishments in 2024. Tahche Clubs, such as the Basketball Club, the Runners Club, and the Toastmasters Club were also given the spotlight for fostering stronger bonds within the team this year.

 

 

Shouts of encouragement and applause filled the air during the management team’s surprise “High School Musical” dance performance, while employees stole the spotlight with their own special dance number.

 

 

Meanwhile, the announcement of the “Wish Upon A Star” initiative recipients was a poignant moment, as wishes were granted by the management team to deserving employees, embodying the true spirit of giving.

 

To top it all off, raffle prizes kept the night exciting for every employee hoping to take home a Christmas gift from Tahche, while a dinner buffet kept everyone full with food and good times. 

 

A Magical Toast to the Holidays

 

 

The night concluded with Bryan Luoma offering a toast, expressing his deep appreciation for the team’s dedication and sharing his excitement for the year ahead especially with the upcoming Tahche apps in 2025. 

 

The highlight of the event? A gorgeous firework display that lit up the night sky, followed by a fun flash mob, and a DJ set that turned Fort San Pedro into a lively dance floor.

Tahche Celebrates 12 Successful Years in the Industry

 

(Sept. 12, 2024 – Cebu City, Philippines) — Tahche recently marked a major milestone: twelve years of success, growth, and incredible teamwork! To celebrate over a decade of thriving in the offshore recruitment industry, the Tahche support team filled this amazing day with activities that expressed our gratitude to the people who made this journey possible—our dedicated rockstar employees. The theme? “A Decade Plus Two: Rising with Heart and Purpose.”

 

 

The festivities began with a solemn Mass, setting a reflective tone of gratefulness for the years of achievements and challenges overcome. Following the Mass, employees and guests eagerly registered for the program and joined the first round of raffle prizes, kicking off the fun early.

 

 

A special highlight of the evening was the opening remarks by CEO, Bryan Luoma. While he couldn’t attend in person, he left a special recorded message for the team, expressing his pride in what Tahche has accomplished, the plans the company has in store, and his heartfelt thanks to every employee who has helped build the company over the past 12 years.

 

 

The audience was then treated to the “Tahche Through the Years” AVP, a nostalgic look back at the journey the company has taken. The video showcased how far Tahche has come since its founding, growing not just in numbers but in expertise, innovation, and the strength of its culture.

 

 

The evening was packed with exciting activities, but the crowd favorite was undoubtedly Tahche-ke It Off—a spirited dance contest where employees battled it out on the dance floor, bringing in both laughter and awe with their performances.

 

 

As the night continued, the spotlight shone on the Milestone Awardees—those who have been part of the Tahche family for five or more years, contributing to the company’s sustained growth.

 

 

Country Manager Amylene Sy gave the closing remarks, where she talked about gratitude and her heartfelt appreciation for the entire Tahche team who have stayed resilient throughout the years. They have all risen with heart and purpose to each challenge that came their way, proving that Tahche truly provides the best service in the industry.

 

 

The event ended with a final bout of excitement with the announcement of winners for the major raffle prizes. Everyone was at the edge of their seats, cheering winners on as they stepped in front to receive their coveted prizes.

Tahche Cheetahs Conquer the Battle of the South 2024

 

Sept. 07, 2024, Muntinlupa City, Philippines — The Tahche Cheetahs from Tahche’s newly formed running club, took to the streets of Filinvest City, Alabang, for the Battle of the South 2024 — a highly anticipated marathon that brought together teams from various companies across the country. The event was held at Central Park, where Tahche’s team, composed of ten (10) rockstar runners, put their stamina and team spirit to the ultimate test.

 

 

Flying all the way from Cebu, several members of the Tahche Cheetahs joined their Manila teammates, making the race even more meaningful as it became a special occasion for Cebu-based and Luzon-based employees to bond and connect. The team, made up of five men (Mark, Nicger, Jeff, Venson, Michael) and five women (Lovelie, Sherly, Marianne, Jen, Victoria), ran the 10k marathon with much determination after weeks of training.

 

 

We are thrilled to share that each Tahche runner conquered the distance and crossed the finish line with pride, receiving personalized dog tags as commemorative tokens from the organizers. 

 

And more than the miles they covered, it warms our heart how the event brought to light the endurance, teamwork, and the relentless spirit that defines the Tahche community.

 

 

To top off the Battle of the South event, some of the Tahche Cheetahs became lucky raffle winners, bringing home prizes like caps, health supplements, and free massage session coupons — a well-deserved reward after such a challenging run.

 

 

Overall, Battle of the South 2024 was an unforgettable experience that not only pushed the Tahche Cheetahs to new limits but also brought them closer together. Tahche Leaders Step into New Roles at PICPA-Cebu Toastmasters Club

 

On August 11, 2024, Tahche celebrated a proud moment as two of its key leaders, Amylene Sy (Country Manager) and Ferdinand Ang (Finance Controller), were inducted into the PICPA-Cebu Toastmasters Club. Adding to the excitement, Xenia Lagarnia, Tahche’s HR Consultant, was appointed as the new club president. This event marks the beginning of an exciting chapter as Tahche’s leaders enter the world of public speaking and leadership development, setting the stage for the eventual creation of a Tahche Toastmasters Club.

 

 

Toastmasters International, founded in 1924, is a nonprofit educational organization that has helped millions build their confidence and communication skills through a global network of clubs. The PICPA-Cebu Toastmasters Club, aligned with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), is dedicated to helping professionals in Cebu sharpen their public speaking abilities and develop leadership skills.

 

With Amylene and Ferdinand now actively involved, Tahche’s leadership is gaining valuable experience that will soon benefit the entire company. Their engagement with the Toastmasters community is a natural fit, offering opportunities to enhance communication, leadership, and mentorship—skills that resonate deeply with Tahche’s goals.

Tahche Employees Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Philippines in Valenzuela City

 

Last July 18, 2024 (Thursday), Tahche partnered with Habitat for Humanity Philippines and held a half-day CSR event entitled “RISE FAST: Tahche x Habitat for Humanity Philippines” at the latter’s Bignay-Maunlad Socialized Housing Project in Valenzuela City. Underscoring Tahche’s dedication to improving the quality of life of Filipinos, Tahche volunteers came together in helping build an essential facility in a community for low-income families in the community. 

 

 

The day began early in the morning, with volunteers gathering at the IBP Tower, home to Tahche’s Metro Manila office. From there, the team traveled together by van to the event location. Upon arrival, the volunteers were welcomed by Habitat for Humanity Philippines’ representatives who provided orientation and safety precautions for the day’s activities.

 

 

Amylene Sy, Tahche’s Country Manager, kicked off the event with an inspiring opening message. She spoke about the significance of the “RISE FAST: Tahche x Habitat for Humanity Philippines” initiative and expressed her pride in seeing the team come together to support such a noble cause. She praised everyone for not only rising early for the event but also rising up to the challenge and giving their time and effort to help build better communities.

 

 

The volunteers worked hand-in-hand with skilled construction workers in improving the structure of the multipurpose center, which will be used by future homeowners for community functions such as training programs, homeowner meetings, and various occasions. The multipurpose center will be pivotal in strengthening the camaraderie of homeowners and creating a sustainable, thriving community. Tahche employees engaged in various construction tasks, including sanding the walls, sieving sand, cutting and bending rebar, and other activities.

Tahche’s commitment to employee wellness was on full display last June 18, 2024,Tuesday, as the company conducted its Annual Physical Exam (APE) at the 1NITO Tower in Cebu City.

 

The APE included a comprehensive array of standard tests such as complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fecalysis, chest X-ray, and physical examinations by medical professionals. These tests are critical in identifying any potential health issues early and ensuring that employees receive the necessary medical attention promptly.
