By using this app, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cebu City, Philippines, or New York, USA, at the sole option of Tahche Outsourcing Inc.
13. General Terms
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply.
- If we don’t enforce a right immediately, it doesn’t mean we waive it.
- Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of when it arose.
- We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Tahche regarding the use of this app.
